3.2 We can’t promise that our website will always be available. Occasionally, it may be down. We’re not responsible for any downtime.

Buying Process

6.1 Our website will guide you through the steps to purchase, letting you review and adjust before finalizing.

6.2 You’ll receive an email after placing an order. This doesn’t mean we’ve accepted the order yet.

6.3 We accept your order when we send out a dispatch notification.

6.4 If there are problems like an item being out of stock or a pricing mistake, we’ll contact you. Payments for unavailable items will be returned.

Updates to these Terms

7.1 These Terms may change from time to time. Always note the updated date at the top.

7.2 The version of these Terms in place when you buy will apply.

Return Procedures

8.1 For details on returns, see our Returns Policy online.

8.2 We hope you love what you buy. But if you want to return or swap:

    • Do so within 28 days.

    • Items must be untouched, in their original packaging, and ready for resale.

    • If you had items made especially for you, they can only be returned if they’re faulty or not as described.

8.3 Return items to: CapeBali, 24 Barkham Ride, The Grange Centre, The Forge Unit 3, Finchampstead, Berkshire, RG40 4EU. Keep proof of postage, as you’re responsible until they arrive with us.

8.4 To qualify for a return:

    • Send items back within 28 days of getting them.

    • Don’t modify, use, or wash the items.

    • Items made just for you can’t be returned unless there’s an issue.

8.5  After inspecting returned items, we will process your refund. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. Additionally, a handling charge of 20% of the total value of goods may apply.

    • Include the items and a copy of the order, stating why you’re returning them.

Delivery Information

9.1 We provide several shipping options, which can be selected as you order. For more, check our website’s  Delivery section.

9.2 Once items are delivered to the specified address, they’re your responsibility.

9.3 Ownership of items passes to you once we receive full payment.

9.4 Free shipping on orders over £200. For orders under £200, please check Shipping & Delivery for price options.

9.5 Delivery times are estimated since we use third-party couriers. Delays in delivery won’t lead to order cancellation or refunds.

9.6 If you’re not there at delivery time, the courier might leave your order with a neighbor or try again later.

Cost & Charges

10.1 We do accept small orders. However, please note that there is a £12 surcharge on orders less than £100 to help cover processing and fulfillment costs. We strive to accommodate all order sizes while maintaining the quality and efficiency of our services. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team.

10.2 We show all product prices on our website. There might be occasional mistakes.

10.3  If there’s a pricing error, we’ll tell you. If an item’s actual price is lower than what you paid, you can continue or get a full refund.

10.4 Any external fees, such as customs, are on you.

Ways to Pay

11.1 We accept most major cards, PayPal and Direct Bank Transfers.

11.2 We’ll process your order after verifying and getting the payment.

Liability Boundaries

12.1 Our maximum liability for losses you face is the amount you paid for the product.

12.2 We aren’t responsible for unforeseeable indirect losses.

Unpredictable Circumstances

13.1 We’re not liable for failing to follow these Terms if something unpredictable happens that’s beyond our control.

15.1 If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the rest still stands.
