RETURNS POLICY

We appreciate that sometimes items don’t quite fit so we are happy to take returns up to 28 days from receipt of your purchase subject to these conditions, otherwise we cannot guarantee they will be accepted.  We will replace any customised item if it is faulty or if we have made a mistake. Otherwise, we don’t offer returns or refunds on customised items.

Before placing your order, please be careful and check product size information. We supply garments from all different manufacturers so a medium in one brand may be different to a medium in another brand, so please ensure you have checked the sizing information before you proceed.

REFUNDS/RESTOCKING FEE

  • We do not accept returns of branded, personalised or specifically procured items which have been supplied correctly
  • Items must be returned in a resalable condition, unmarked and unworn
  • Items must have tags attached and returned in their original packaging
  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receiving your order
  • We do not refund delivery charges paid on your original order
  • We do not refund the return delivery cost
  • For any exchanges please contact your account manager
  • Correctly supplied goods which can be returned may be subject to a handling charge of 20% of the total value of goods
  • Once we have received your returned item(s), please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

Inside the package you must include:

    • the item(s) to be returned

    • a copy of your order highlighting which items are being returned and a brief explanation as to the reason for returning

SAMPLES

All samples are chargeable and ordered the same way a plain item is ordered on the website.  If you return the item to be decorated and used as part of a larger order we will credit 100% of the garment cost against the order (excluding delivery).  For any samples that are returned and unwanted, we will process a credit/refund according to the restocking fee mentioned above.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method and you will receive an email notification when this is processed.
  • Shortages and faulty goods must be reported by phone: +441252 948924 or email: info@capebali.co.uk within 5 working days of receipt.
  • The fault should be clearly indicated without defacing the garment.
  • Once we receive and check the goods, we will then refund your payment. This may take up to ten working days to complete.
